Ye Olde Approach towards Socializing
There are various approaches that a person would resort to when he finds himself at a social function or gathering. There are times he would set his eyes on a particular female, not knowing what to do to start a conversation. Well, there are various approaches, the conservative and the aggressive one. In most cases, depending on the personality of the person, the former is used since not all people have the guts to start with a fresh approach that may end up leaving them dumbfounded.
There are the usual pick-up lines where “Have We met before?” or maybe even “You Look Familiar.” The list goes on and unless a person is careful, he should be ready for both the good and bad consequences. Not all people would want such an approach, a reason perhaps why common friends are their to bridge the gap and assess from there if such would be a good pairing.
Some would offer a drink or two, a ride home or perhaps talk about something similar like work, friends or current events. The deal here is that in most cases, people need to start by assessing the overall personality and find the best interest that suits them both.
But the persistency of a person to really get to know a person is something that will surely be something that will be admired by any female for that matter. It is obvious that women will reserve their assessment for such efforts but the summary of it all is that they will surely be flattered. Pickup lines are just like matches that if lit properly, can start something special if the person is indeed interested. Improper approaches to the whole scenario will render everything futile.
But taking note of the practices made today, all people have different techniques towards this game of socializing that can eventually run towards to relationships and serious ventures. People just have to explore their choices and opportunities. It takes much more than simple playing or fooling around. People need to find their destiny with people who are tailor made and fit for them.
Ironically, many would be amazed at how people would approach the opposite sex. The aggressor is usually the men of course, but it should not be deemed awkward to see some women taking the initiative at times. In these cases men do not know what to do or when to assess the whole situation. But the truth of it all is the fact that women can take the initiative if they so choose and men might now know what to do when these things do occur.
