What Comes Next after Pre-Marital Sex?
Couples who get into their relationship on an intimate level are bound to end up making love and having sex. Such a result is only expected, especially if people end up losing control of their senses and allow their emotions to get the best of themselves. This involves people of all ages, from teenagers to adults. The after-effect is perhaps the most interesting part since it will measure if either of the two are only after the sexual satisfaction of it or is really something that comes naturally after intimacy.
Unlike in the early days, pre-marital sex was considered a grave offense. The virginity of a woman was safeguarded and considered the fruit and well-kept glory that a woman has. Today, the trend has dramatically changed. Sexual intercourse is a prelude to an intimate relationship, something that couples would consider as an automatic prerequisite towards proving their sincerity and love for one another.
While the essence of the sacredness of virginity has obviously been a thing of the past, more than half of the world’s new couples would most likely find themselves in bed with their partner. Some would say that it would be the judgment day of identifying and evaluating if the relationship that two people have are purely for fling purposes or really for keeps. Finding out the hard way through the latter is something that may indeed be painful, especially for the females. Males have nothing to lose, but females lose their virginity.
Break-ups that ensue after a satisfying time of sexual intercourse for once or a couple of times may be expected. Not to say that guys are only after sex, the selection process and proper assessment of a man before wholeheartedly giving in to the intimate desires also lies upon the female’s consent for it. In the same way, females are not expected to make the right decision all the time. But for most women, consent is done due to their love for the guy who may not always feel the same way.
In most cases, the rate of virginity in females today has severely dropped if compared to the olden day of preserving its sacredness prior to actual marriage. A lot of this can be attributed to the external factors and exposure that they see on television and from the people around them. There is no telling if virginity is an issue for people when they hook up. But one thing that is for sure, a man who goes beyond using virginity as a gauge for accepting a woman is like proving his love without any strings attached altogether.
