Well, sex is one of the main purposes of the fast track approach in trying to mingle and gain the interest of women in these places. They are there to unwind and of course meet new people. Now, the part where men would try to try their hand in the area of seduction which will most likely lead towards the sexual fantasies that is the obvious goal of seducing men on the run.
But the type of women who would give in to these fast seduction techniques should not be expected to take them seriously. They are not the type who would take men seriously, unless of course men are successful in making these girls go gaga over them. There are exceptions to the rule and it will not really be surprising if this should happen.
So what are the circumstances stemming from such? Well, it would depend. Women know what they are after and the same goes for the men who pursue them in such places. While it may not be fair to generalize, but men who find themselves in bars and clubs and have the confidence to step up and meet these men would most certainly be up to something more than a simple mingling moment. Chances are, they are feeling their way and checking if girls are there to be picked up or are there to simply kill some time.
Whatever the case may be, a lot of the seduction that goes around starts from these places where people meet unexpectedly. They are there for a reason and to find out what is something that no one can proudly proclaim for sure. There are reasons for embarking on such adventurous meeting places. Whatever it may be, these people know what the pros and cons are.
